  I'm embarrassed by what staff consider to be acceptable costumer service. Not only did a staff member really obviously follow me around the store, making me feel pressured and uncomfortable, but when I got to the till I was ignored! I stood for a minute or two behind 3-4 staff members who were too engrossed in a conversation about their annual leave to acknowledge my existence, up until the moment a lady turned to me and ,with an attitude, questioned why I was standing there?! She reluctantly then moved behind the till to serve me, scanned one item and then carried on her conversation! Not only was I in a rush, but I do not expect to be ignored for all told about 4 minutes... Walked out the store disappointed with the staff
