  I've used Arrow Tyre Services on many occasions and was always happy with the speed,quality and pricing provided. However on last occasion just last week I've had 4 tyres fitted which was done quickly.As I've parked at home and walked around the car I've noticed large very fresh scratch .I've immediately returned to Arrows and was hoping we can resolve this as it was my only journey of the day.They refused to accept any responsibility and didn't offer any help to resolve this.As I obviously can't prove it I'm left with a bill for quite expensive paint job and a bad experience.It was my last visit there and would rather go somewhere else even if this place is less than a 1 minute drive from my house.

  I've been going to Arrow Tyre Services in Newhaven Town centre for over 30 years and just wouldn't go anywhere else for puncture repairs, new tyres and tracking. You always get a friendly welcome and never get ripped off by their prices ! Recommended
